Sometimes that means developing professional skills. Sometimes it means providing resources, creating educational opportunities, strengthening an organization, or helping a promising idea get off the ground. Our role varies, but the principle is the same: find people who are committed to creating change and help give them the tools and opportunities to make it happen.
